DTO Law is pleased to welcome David K. Lin as Counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office. David brings 15+ years of experience advising clients on complex commercial matters involving technology, intellectual property, and high‑stakes disputes.
David has advised a broad range of clients, from multinational corporations to emerging technology companies, across industries including software, energy, infrastructure, and real estate. His approach is shaped by significant Big Law litigation experience combined with in‑house leadership, allowing him to deliver practical, commercially grounded advice.
In addition to his law firm practice, David serves as General Counsel of Algorithmiq, a quantum computing software company focused on applying quantum algorithms to chemistry and the life sciences, including drug discovery and material development. This hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge technology offers valuable perspective for clients navigating rapidly evolving markets.
At DTO, David will focus on intellectual property litigation, commercial technology and outsourcing transactions, corporate law and finance, and complex commercial litigation.
