Her admission in New York and California and experience in both state and federal courts make her well-equipped to advise and advocate on a wide variety of disputes and charges across the country.

She has successfully resolved cases at the pleading stage, reached favorable settlements, managed complex discovery, and navigated the more difficult phases of litigation such as summary judgment, class certification, and trial.
