Nicole Malick is a litigator whose practice includes intellectual property disputes, class actions, and other complex commercial matters.
Nicole represents clients in a diverse range of industries, from fashion and entertainment to technology and biotech. She represents clients in plaintiff- and defense-side intellectual property disputes, with a particular passion for helping clients protect their IP portfolios and enforce their trademark, copyright, and design patent rights.
Nicole also has extensive experience with commercial disputes and consumer class actions, defending clients against false advertising, unfair competition, and breach of contract claims.
Nicole is actively involved in pro bono work, regularly assisting clients seeking to clean their criminal records. In her spare time, she enjoys trying and recommending restaurants, playing tennis, and traveling. She also speaks conversational French.
