Casey Bryan is an accomplished transactional attorney known for his resourceful, innovative, and strategic approach to helping clients navigate complex legal matters and successfully complete important transactions on both a national and regional scale.
Casey’s practice encompasses all aspects of business transactions, with significant expertise in secured lending, commercial leasing, asset sales and licensing, debt restructuring, and corporate compliance. With a wealth of experience advising organizations across diverse industries, Casey is adept at negotiating and collaborating with executives, investors, and legal counsel to achieve optimal results for clients.
Casey has represented clients in matters related to consumer finance, real estate, insurance, technology, healthcare, and entertainment, among other areas. He has managed and coordinated all aspects of commercial real estate financing, acquisitions, and dispositions, including due diligence, negotiating and drafting documentation, title and survey review, and handling issues involving 1031 exchange elements. He also has reviewed and revised commercial leases and subleases and advised clients on all aspects of extending, terminating, and modifying current leasing arrangements.
Casey frequently advises clients on transactions for loan syndications and participations, inventory loan financing issues, and intercreditor arrangements. In addition, Casey has represented clients concerning intellectual property transactions, including purchasing and licensing of software and technology related services.
Prior to his legal career, Casey was a business consultant for KPMG LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Standard & Poor’s, providing companies with business and asset valuations for the purposes of financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy filings, litigation support, tax and strategic planning purposes, and business restructuring and reorganizations. In his free time, Casey enjoys hiking in the local mountains, competing in road and trail running races, volunteering in the community, and attending various cultural events.

Negotiated and drafted technology service agreements for a leading automobile manufacturer, encompassing asset purchase and licensing, master supplier arrangements, statements of work, business process outsourcing, professional services, financial services compliance, white label development, website accessibility, hosted software, and fleet garaging and servicing.
Reviewed, revised, and drafted the wholesale and real estate commercial lending agreements and associated documentation for several leading captive finance companies.
Represented two prominent utility companies in evaluating business and real estate assets, involving comprehensive due diligence, expert consultations, agreement negotiations, participation in mediations and arbitrations, and review of financial reporting documents.
Assisted a team of attorneys in reviewing and analyzing residential mortgage-backed securitizations and their underlying loan pools, including the repurchase and put-back of loans, resulting in a series of multimillion-dollar recoveries for investors.
