William Delgado, Alison Kehner to Present as Part of ACC’s “Just in Time CLE”

DTO is pleased to announce partners William Delgado and Alison Kehner will present “What In-House Attorneys Need to Know about the Attorney-Client Privilege and Dual Purpose Communications” on Friday, December 2, 2022 as part of the “Just In Time CLE” virtual program hosted by the Southwestern Ohio’s chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).  The discussion will explore the nuances of dual-purpose communications by in-house counsel, including the different approaches taken by federal courts to determine whether a communication is protected against disclosure by the attorney-client privilege.
