Will Delgado and Lauren Hudecki Named to LABJ 2023 “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys”

The firm is pleased to announce that partners Will Delgado and Lauren Hudecki were recognized in this year’s “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys” issue by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Each year, the Los Angeles Business Journal spotlights standout attorneys with minority backgrounds who are considered to be particularly impactful on the legal scene in the LA region. DTO’s ongoing commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion within the legal profession has been recognized through numerous individual honors attained by the firm’s attorneys, and in 2021 when the firm was named the “Outstanding Firm for Diversity and Inclusion (USA)” at the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: North America.

Throughout his career, Will has been a tireless advocate for the diversification of the legal profession. He has been one of the leaders of NAMWOLF (the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms) for many years, where he served as the vice chair of the board between 2018-2022. He is also active in MCCA, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. Also, he was a 2017 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

Lauren leads DTO’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts as Chair of the firm’s DEI Committee. She was also selected as a 2022 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and is a Member of the National LGBT Bar Association and Foundation.
