The firm is pleased to announce that it has been selected for inclusion as a “Top Rated Company to Work For” in L.A. Times B2B Publishing’s 2023 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Magazine. This is the publication’s first ever annual celebration of leading companies to work for in the SoCal region. After accessing over 600 local organizations, L.A. Times B2B Publishing selected DTO as one of the top 75 in the area. This recognition is a major testament to the firm’s commitment to cultivating a strong workplace culture that emphasizes inclusivity and offers its employees a strong sense of purpose and value.

Additionally, managing partner Will Delgado was named a “DEIA Visionary,” placing him among the area’s “most influential and innovative thought leaders who are driving change, holding companies accountable and helping employees feel more valued.” In his profile for the special issue, Will was recognized for his past involvement with the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Board, as well as organizations like HNBA, MCCA, and CABA, where he shares insights on improving DEI in the legal profession. Congratulations, Will, on this tremendous honor!
