“Because I am one of a small number of women founders leading complex litigation matters, I try to be as visible as possible so that other female attorneys see this path as a viable option,” says Megan. She advises others to “Be seen in the community. If you keep your head down, you won’t advance, and more importantly, people won’t know how amazing the work is that you are doing.”
