Megan O’Neill and Will Delgado Named 2021 “Visionaries”

Times B2B Publishing Business of Law Magazine as 2021 “Visionaries.” This award recognizes leading California attorneys who have achieved notable successes and are impacting change in their respective fields. Megan and Will were recognized for their outstanding work in the class action space.

In the profile, Megan was featured for regularly defending Fortune 500 companies, including her work as lead counsel defending a technology company in a matter in which the plaintiff sought a public injunction related to her client’s warranty. Will’s profile highlighted his recent work serving as lead counsel representing a major automobile manufacturer in three class actions alleging that the vehicles had defective fuel pumps.
