Lauren Hudecki, David Ramírez-Gálvez Join Prestigious Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

DTO Law is pleased to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected Lauren Hudecki as a 2022 Leadership Council Fellow and David Ramírez-Gálvez as a 2022 Leadership Council Pathfinder. These distinguished year-long programs will provide Lauren and David with opportunities for continued professional development while empowering them to continue supporting the mission of creating a truly diverse legal profession.

LCLD is comprised of more than 400 members who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation’s leading law firms. The LCLD Fellows Program focuses on providing mid-level attorneys with leadership training and opportunities to connect with LCLD’s general counsel and managing partners, while the LCLD Pathfinder Program provides early-career attorneys with tools for furthering their careers, networking prospects, and leadership abilities. Program members are carefully selected for their skills, impact, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

DTO attorneys Will Delgado, Megan O’Neill, and Mark Tarango were Leadership Council Fellows in 2017, 2018, and 2020 respectively, and Megan O’Neill currently serves on the LCLD Executive Council. DTO’s ongoing commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion within the legal profession has been recognized through numerous individual honors attained by the firm’s attorneys, and in 2021 when the firm was named the “Outstanding Firm for Diversity and Inclusion (USA)” at the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: North America.
