Lauren Hudecki is an experienced litigator who handles all aspects of complex commercial and employment litigation, including arbitration, mediation, and trial. Her commercial practice has spanned a variety of areas, including those involving contracts, securities, mass torts, and healthcare. Her employment practice has focused on the defense of cases involving workplace harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower retaliation. Lauren’s practice has spanned multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
Prior to joining DTO, Lauren developed her practice at Cole Pedroza LLP, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, where she garnered a vast array of experience, including first and second chairing multiple trials and successfully arguing dispositive motions. Lauren also represented a utility company in connection with hundreds of lawsuits relating to multi-billion dollar claims arising from several California wildfires.

When not litigating, Lauren enjoys flying trapeze, running, and spending time with her son.
