Kevin Westerman is a seasoned litigator based in DTO’s New York office with extensive experience resolving class action matters.
Kevin has over half a decade of experience advising clients on false advertising and consumer protection claims and other class action issues. Kevin has represented clients across various industries, but has particular experience representing technology, consumer goods, and automotive companies. Kevin has extensive experience managing high-volume discovery and dispositive motion practice.
When not litigating, you can find Kevin playing in various intramural basketball and flag football leagues across New York City.

Representing a digital payments start up and defending against a putative Lanham Act and false advertising class action.
Representing an automotive company in a putative class action brought by a dozen plaintiffs asserting more than 40 claims on behalf of themselves and putative classes.
