DTO Welcomes New Attorney Marisol Ramírez

Marisol Ramírez has joined DTO Law as an Associate in its Los Angeles office and specializes in complex commercial litigation. Marisol began her career at Sidley Austin LLP and honed her litigation skills handling contract disputes, fraud cases, negligent misrepresentation claims, securities litigation, and government investigations. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including dispositive motions, and managing extensive discovery.

Marisol is fluent in Spanish, which has allowed her to effectively represent clients from Latin America. Her academic achievements include a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Government from Harvard University. She is an active member of the Latina Lawyers Bar Association, Mexican American Bar Foundation, and Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles. DTO Law is excited to welcome her to the team.
