DTO Welcomes Experienced Litigator William D. Irvine, Jr. to the Firm’s New York Office

DTO Law is pleased to announce that William D. Irvine Jr. has joined the firm as an Associate in its New York office.

Will is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing a high-volume of discovery, and litigating pre-trial. He also takes on pro bono cases with a focus on voting rights issues, criminal justice reform, and environmental justice.  

Prior to joining DTO Law, Will practiced at a boutique law firm in Memphis, Tennessee, where he litigated complex disputes over breaches of contract, business torts, trade secrets, and product liability for various business clients. He previously served as a clerk for The Honorable Sheryl H. Lipman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
