Alison Kehner, Antonio Pozos to Teach “Government Enforcement Litigation” Course at Penn Carey Law

DTO partner Alison D. Kehner and Faegre Drinker partner Antonio M. Pozos are teaming up once again and co-teaching a course this spring semester at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.  Their course, titled Government Enforcement Litigation, will be informed by their work as former federal prosecutors and their current practice and will examine key issues and recent developments in SEC enforcement litigation involving digital assets. For the capstone exercise, students will write and argue a summary judgment motion based on a real-life civil enforcement case study.
