DTO Welcomes New Attorney Grace E. Schmidt

DTO Law is pleased to announce that Grace E. Schmidt has joined the firm as an associate in its New York office. With a diverse practice in commercial litigation, Grace brings experience in handling a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, products liability, and employment law.

Before joining DTO, Grace had the privilege of serving as one of the first law clerks to the Honorable Karen Spencer Marston in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Upon graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she began practicing as a litigation associate at Paul Weiss in New York, where she honed her skills in various facets of civil litigation, including dispositive motion practice and discovery management. Grace also taught Legal Analysis and Writing to first-year students at Yale Law School.
