Alison Kehner to Moderate Panel at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Conference
The firm is excited to share that DTO partner Alison Donahue Kehner will be a panelist at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Conference in Philadelphia on Thursday, May 11. Her presentation, entitled “’New Media’ and the Law: How the 24-Hour News Cycle, Digitalization, and the Age of Saturation Impacts the Bench and Bar,” will analyze media saturation trends in civil and criminal matters. In addition, Alison’s panel will explore the strategies and considerations of media engagement and how the media explosion may impact how justice is administered throughout the circuit. Alison previously clerked on the court and is also a member of the court’s Lawyer’s Advisory Council and the Third Circuit Bar Association. She has argued several cases before the court on behalf of the government and private clients.
