DTO Welcomes New Attorneys Kevin Westerman and Andi Maddox

DTO Law is pleased to announce that Kevin Westerman and Andi Maddox have joined the firm as associates in the New York and Silicon Valley offices, respectively.

Kevin Westerman is a seasoned litigator handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on consumer class actions. Upon graduating from Cornell Law School, Kevin began practicing at Milbank LLP in New York, where he handled various aspects of litigation representing clients in antitrust, business tort, consumer class action, contract, and white collar investigatory matters. His experience covers a broad spectrum of litigation including dispositive motions and high-volume discovery.

In addition, DTO has hired Andi Maddox, an experienced litigator with a diversified practice that includes complex commercial litigation and white collar defense and investigations. Admitted in New York and California, Andi has successfully tried cases before state and federal courts. She is actively involved in pro bono work and has represented clients in affirmative and defensive asylum proceedings. She also has helped draft amicus briefs for the Innocence Project, a nonprofit which works to free the innocent and wrongfully convicted. Before joining DTO Law, Andi began her career in Big Law where she practiced as a litigation associate for Kramer Levin in New York.
