DTO Welcomes Associate Nicole Malick

The Firm is pleased to announce Nicole Malick has joined DTO as a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office. Nicole has handled class actions and intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trademark, and patent matters, as well as other complex commercial matters. Nicole joins DTO after starting her career at Winston & Strawn, LLP. Nicole is a 2020 graduate of University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Nicole is actively involved in pro bono work, regularly assisting clients seeking criminal record expungement. She also drafted an amicus brief in the California Court of Appeal on behalf of California Women’s Law Center and twenty other organizations supporting greater confidentiality rights for survivors of domestic violence.
