California Lawyers Association Appoints MaryBeth Heydt and Michael Davis to ExComm Roles

DTO Law is pleased to announce that MaryBeth Heydt and Michael Davis have been appointed to Executive Committee roles within the California Lawyers Association (CLA), an organization dedicated to the professional advancement of attorneys practicing in the state of California, for terms that will commence on September 26, 2021, at the CLA Annual Meeting.

MaryBeth will serve as a member of the Real Property Law Section Executive Committee. She has extensive experience representing and advising commercial real estate investors and developers, lenders, borrowers, and public agency clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. 

Michael will serve as a member of the Business Law Section Executive Committee. His litigation practice focuses on business, commercial, and insolvency law, and he has additional expertise in transactional work that includes secured lending, distressed debt restructuring, lease financing, and corporate formation and governance.
