DTO Law Shortlisted for Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: North America 2021

DTO is pleased to announce it has been shortlisted for the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: North America 2021 in the “Outstanding Firm for D&I” category. The awards celebrate the impressive achievements of firms and individuals furthering the advancement of diversity and inclusion across the USA and Canada.

DTO is being recognized for its support and membership of various organizations, which promote diversity and inclusion in the legal field, such as the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), National LGBT Bar Association and Foundation, Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA), Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), South Asian Bar Association of Southern California (SABA-SC), and Cuban American Bar Association (CABA).

Furthermore, the firm recently formed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee to continue its efforts of promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal industry. 80% of DTO attorneys identify as Persons of Color and/or female.
