DTO Law Welcomes New Associate Erik Mortensen

The firm is pleased to announce that Erik Mortenson has joined the Bay Area office as an associate attorney. Erik, who joined the firm in November, is a commercial litigator who has experience drafting successful dispositive motions, managing high-volume discovery, and advising clients on how to manage risk for novel and disruptive technologies.

Erik received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law school and his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. While attending Harvard Law, he filed an anti-discrimination suit against two state agencies on behalf of an incarcerated client that resulted in his client receiving parole.

Erik clerked for the Honorable Mark L. Wolf of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and began his legal career at Cooley LLP before joining DTO Law.
