DTO Welcomes Katie Burghardt Kramer as Partner

DTO is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Burghardt Kramer as Partner to its New York Office.

Renowned for her expertise in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and appellate matters, Katie brings over fifteen years of experience to the firm. With a national and international practice, she regularly handles cases in federal and state courts across the United States. Her extensive expertise includes managing cross-border disputes, particularly for clients in Asia, as well as litigating petitions for discovery under 28 U.S.C. § 1782.

Before joining DTO, Katie served as a partner at DGW Kramer, a New York boutique firm she helped establish. She commenced her legal career as a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and clerked for two federal judges in California and Vermont. Katie holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in philosophy from Yale University.
